- Direct: These are all the products that should be displayed directly in the sales engine when the guest has selected availability. Usually, the first set are 6 products but depending on the layout the guest chooses this may differ to more products. The amount may also reduce when availability is limited and the hotel defines that Standard Products should be displayed first. Should the hotel only have a small set of room categories and should these be sold out.
