How to handle various room requests?
For various room requests please ensure to select room by room and add the group details in the next step within the basket.
- Select the number of guests you want to assign per room.
For example: If we have a group of 10 guests that want have 5 rooms (1 every 2 guests), you will need to do a search of “2 guests” and select 5 different room products:
If in the above example the 10 guests want to have 4 double rooms and 2 individual rooms, then you will need to do two different searches:
- The first one for the 4 double rooms with 2 adults and add them to the cart:
- The second one for the 2 single rooms with 1 adult and add them to the cart:
Important: Do not do a search for the total number of guests if you want to choose individual rooms.
Doing so, will make CPP search for a single unit that can allocate all the group together or suggest combinations on the “recommended offers”:
