Once all inquiries are processed, and all reservations are in the shopping cart, the final part of the booking (or offer) can take place. To do this, go directly to the shopping cart, which opens with a side window.

Initially, the booker's data is requested. When expanding the field, new data points are displayed, and you have the option to search by guest name. By entering the first letter, a list of possible results will appear.


If there is no guest history, it must be filled out in the next step.


Here, you can also indicate whether the booking is for themselves or for someone else. All relevant data is recorded and entered, and the preferred language (in which, among other things, the reservation confirmation will be sent) is specified. Additional guest names can also be recorded at this stage.



In the case of a business traveler, the relevant data can now be recorded.


After filling out the data, the various reservations (products) in the shopping cart can be assigned to the respective guest profiles. This is particularly relevant when dealing with multiple reservations.


In the next step, you can add additional services. If necessary, you can reset the entire selection using the "reset" option


If no additional services are to be sold or desired, this step can be skipped, and you can proceed to the next step of completing the booking.
