The "full sync" button for the reservation area under the Interface section needs to be pressed once the connection is done with the PMS so every existing reservation appears in GauVendi.
In case there are discrepancies with reservations between the systems, you can press the "full sync" button in this area. After a few minutes if the problem remains please contact a GauVendi team member for supprt
