All reservations from all different distribution channels (as long as interface is activated) are displayed in this section.
- You can sort by each of the different sections (Res Number, Name, Arrival, Departure, etc.) and you can filter and search for reservations by Res Number, Main Guests, booking channel, Booking source or a time period.
- As needed you may also synch manual any reservations from other channels to ensure the system is synched in case you encounter a mismatch.
You are also able to access the screen to create a new reservation. Using the quick reservation mask mirrors the view you have when booking through the sales engine. Please refer to the Voice Reservation Manual for details on the voice reservation (or also known as timeline view) process.
