1. When setting up a new extra please choose a code first
2. Add the name of the extra
3. Add a description for the extra
4. Add an image (if none image is added, the system will not allow to save the changes)
5. Keep the status on draft whilst you still set up the extra and set it on active when you are ready to sell the extra.
6. Define if you like to sell the extra as an independent service AFTER a guest has selected the room or if you like to not make this extra visible on the Sales Engine. For services that you exclusively like to make part of a room rate (package) ensure that the extra is not visible on the Sales Engine.
7. Add further languages as needed
8. You can set up extras with the following logic
   1. Per night: extra is charged per night
   2. Per room: extra is charged per room
   3. Per person per night: extra is charged per person per night
   4. Per person per stay: extra is only charged 1x per person
   5. Per item: extra is only charged 1x
