There are different property restrictions available to be set for the hotel. These impact the entire hotel availability and overwrite (if stronger) any sales plan restrictions.
Restriction options are the same as for sales planes (Min LOS, Max LOS, Stay Through, Close to Arrival, close to departure) and additionally a Close to Stay Option which closes the hotel completely.
