Under daily management you can adjust your sales strategy on a daily basis. You are able to add or take out services, increase or decrease the pricing as well as setting up the conditions. You are also able to define on a daily basis your availability per distribution channel. 

  • You can activate or de-active the toggle for double occupancy charges, extras and city tax to see the sales price per product.
  • By opening up the arrow you are able to view the break down options 


  • By clicking into the respective field you can make the respective adjustments and define the period as well as any exceptions.



  • When you like to remove the adjustments made, click on Remove adjustments and set as default – the system will display your default set up.


Daily Adjustments can be made within the Sales Plan for:

  1. Sales Plan Pricing adjustment (moving all prices for the attached products according to the adjustment)
  2. Sales Plan Restrictions
  3. Sales Plan Extra Services included
  4. Sales Plan Payment Terms
  5. Sales Plan Cancellation Terms


  • The Lowest Product Price is the lowest price for any product attached to the sales plan (even if not sold due to the retail strategy settings).
  • The highest Product Price is the highest attached product price including ERFCs Deduct All (combined rooms).
  • The Lowest Selling Product Price is determined by the retail setting and is the actual lowest price sold for the day.
