When setting up the sales plan you start with the primary sales plan that is the leading plan for all other plans. You can obviously have many independent plans set up that are not linked to the primary sales plan. The primary sales plan usually is the Daily Rate and conditions can be changed for this plan per day. Any plan that is linked to the daily plan will change according to the linked conditions.

Start setting up a sales plan by creating a new sales plan:

 

 

Information

  • Set up the code for the sales plan, e.g. FLEX or DAILY
  • Define the name for the sales plan e.g. Daily Rate
  • Set the status on Active – this will make sure that sales plan is ready to be used. 
  • When you want to delete a plan you will need to change the status from Active to Archive first, before you can delete the plan.
  • Add the description for the sales plan. As all taxes and conditions will be displayed in the booking process you can use this space to highlight other relevant information such as check-in or check out information, some general benefits, infos on your property or things for guests to be aware of. 
  • In case of multi-language selling please set up the description also for the relevant languages.
