Set up users – New Platform

These are the steps you need to take as Administrator to assign new users:

Go to Property Level and select > user

All users can be created here. Either as additional administrators or as users:


In the next step, select the Properties tab. If you manage multiple hotels, you will find all houses in this overview. Please select the desired house (e.g. Apalux) and click on edit, then click on > Click Members Tab > Click Assign User 


Only as an Admin you are able to see and assign users.  

Select the role the user should get assigned to:

- Front Office (sees only the functions relevant to voice bookings)

- Revenue Management (includes pricing)

- Marketing (includes products)

- Admin (full access to the system)

If you have more than one hotel and like to assign the user to more hotels, please select the respective hotel under Property Overview and repeat the step of selecting users and assigning roles.


Delete users

  • Users can be deleted in the same way as they were set up. 
  • To do this, the user must first be removed from the hotel level before he can be deleted at property level.
