In this section the room categories in the Property Management System (PMS) are being mapped with the GauVendi system. This ensures availability is synchronised between those room products. GauVendi is also getting availability on a unit basis in addition.
The "availability sync" button is there in case you encounter a mismatch with availability between your PMS and GauVendi. This button will push the availability without waiting for the automatic refresh. In case that the problem continues, please contact a GauVendi team member
