Occupancy based price positioning

  • Automatically prices the included MRFCs between the lowest priced and highest priced linked RFC subject to the overall property occupancy. This ensure a more aggressive positioning with low occupancy for third parties


When this function is turned on, the MRFC price positioning will be dynamically moving with the overall Occupancy of the property. Be aware that this will ONLY impact products with RFC pricing turned on. 


During low occupancy, the MRFC pricing will be closer to the lowest RFC price to allow for more upselling opportunities. On the other hand, if the hotel is running with higher occupancy, then the pricing of the MRFC will be placed closer to the highest RFC’s linked to it.
